Welcome to The Sentence Salon. The project started in a chat-room where we were discussing how to get into the habit of writing every day. I suggested making yourself write one sentence every day. If you end up writing more, that's fabulous. If not, that's alright. Some days are not as inspiring as others.
It can be really inspiring to get a glimpse into the creative minds of others too - which is where the idea for the Sentence Salon started to take shape. The idea is to publish all sorts of sentences. Sentences of all sorts -- complete or fragmented, logical or whimsical, poetic or total prose. The sentences can serve as spring boards for a leaping imagination ... just make sure you don't steal any without permission from the author.
